5 TED Talks You Should Watch Right Now

Hi readers!! I hope this post adds a little sunshine and motivation to your Monday.

I've always loved watching TED talks, but it wasn't until a few weeks ago that I really spent time finding the best, most inspiring videos. Here are a few I think everyone will love...

I had to start out with this talk because it is so relevant to everyone in my generation— finding balance between our online and offline lives can be tricky! Recently I have changed the way I think about technology (look for a post about this later in the week), as it is really important to spend quality time alone free from technological distractions.

This is another really insightful talk, addressing how much we gain when we expose all we have to lose.

I love this no-nonsense talk because it inspires 20-somethings to get motivated and start living a fulfilling life now. In a world filled with many millennials obsessed with instant gratification (read: partying), it is nice to get a wake up call that it is never too soon to start looking for meaning in your life and work.

I really enjoy going on long walks. I take my dog on a 3 mile loop every day and it is one of the most relaxing times. The crisp fall air always clears my mind! This talk, focused on the importance of physical activity and dangers of a sedentary lifestyle inspires me to take small steps (no pun intended) to get moving more often.

All I have to say is that I've saved the best for last! This talk moves me to tears!

What is your favorite TED talk?
xoxo,
Ashley
